  • Fred Buglione

    Fred Buglione, M.A., M.Ed.

    Chief Executive Officer

    Fred Buglione is the chief executive officer of the New Jersey Coalition for Inclusive Education and leads the All In for Inclusive Education initiative. Fred has more than 20 years of experience supporting the education and inclusion of students and adults in the tri-state area. He is currently on several state and national working groups seeking to increase access to inclusive education.

  • Kelli Petrone

    Kelli Petrone, Ph.D.

    Program Director

    Kelli Petrone is a program director for ALL IN. She began her career as a special education teacher in San Francisco and has held various teaching and administrative positions in schools for 22 years. Kelli received her Ph.D. in Psychology from Grand Canyon University in the area of Cognition and Instruction. Her areas of expertise are co-teaching, program development, and positive behavioral interventions.

  • Brittany Seeley

    Brittany Seeley, M.Ed.

    Program Director

    Brittany Seeley is a program director for ALL IN. She earned her M.Ed. in Special Education from East Stroudsburg University with a Supervisory and Administrative Certification. She has over 10 years of experience in working with students K-12 with significant emotional, behavioral, and social disabilities. Her areas of expertise are in behavioral interventions, classroom management strategies, academic and behavioral progress monitoring, restorative practices, mindfulness training, trauma-informed care, and social-emotional learning.

  • Cristin Montalbano, Ph.D.

    Director of Evaluation and Research

    Cristin Montalbano, Ph.D., is a manager of research and evaluation for NJCIE. Cristin began her career as a special education teacher in New York City and received her Master’s in Special Education from CUNY Hunter College. After six years of teaching, Cristin pursued training at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received her Ph.D. in School Psychology. Cristin is trained in both school- and clinic-based assessments and interventions for students with various neurodevelopmental, psychological, and medical needs. Cristin is committed to researching, implementing, and supporting the use of evidence-based practices with schools, families, and communities.
