The New Jersey Inclusion Project
The New Jersey Department of Education and ALL IN for Inclusive Education are pleased to announce the New Jersey Inclusion Project: free Systemic Change, Professional Learning Academies, leadership development events, and additional materials and resources to support education and to promote continuous improvement to increase positive outcomes for students with disabilities, ages 5-21.
Professional Learning Academies
Empowering Inclusive Practices Across Roles
Join us for a year-long series of topic-specific virtual learning academies designed to support inclusive education across New Jersey schools. Each academy includes 5 high-impact sessions focused on practical strategies, collaboration, and mindset shifts that lead to sustainable change.
Systemic Change
Systemic Change is a three-year partnership between your school and an ALL IN Inclusion Facilitator funded through NJIP. The information gathered through this application will help assess readiness and willingness to make significant changes in placements and practices at a school-based level.
Leadership Development
Superintendent Cohort
As part of the New Jersey Inclusion Project, managed by ALL IN, a small group of Superintendents from across New Jersey will be supported in building an inclusive district via coaching, facilitation, resources & problem-solving with ALL IN admin. Applicants must be willing to commit 1 morning per month to virtual meetings and discussion as a starting place for this cohort.
Communities of Practice
Meeting, training & discussion opportunity for administrators who are committed to education for all students.
The program provides the opportunity to learn from experts in the field, ask questions, network, collaborate, and share best practices on how to create an inclusive learning environment. The Community of Practice also serves as a platform for professional development, helping New Jersey educators stay up-to-date on the latest trends in inclusive education.
Leadership Conference
Our 2027 Inclusion Leadership Conference will be on March 2-3, 2027 at the Hyatt Regency Princeton in Princeton, NJ! Our wide variety of workshops gives attendees the skills and resources they need to develop and sustain inclusive learning communities— for all students.
