The Inclusion Facilitator serves as a consultant, coach, and systems-change leader who supports schools and districts in creating and sustaining inclusive educational practices for students with disabilities. Working in partnership with administrators, educators, related service providers, Child Study Team members, paraprofessionals, students, and families, the Inclusion Facilitator helps build the capacity of school teams to implement evidence-based inclusive practices that improve student outcomes and increase access to meaningful participation in general education settings.
