Data & Evaluation Manager

Job Description

The Data and Evaluation Manager leads the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of evaluation and research activities across ALL IN for Inclusive Education's programs and initiatives. This position is responsible for collecting, analyzing, interpreting, and communicating data that demonstrates organizational impact, informs decision-making, and supports continuous improvement efforts. A primary focus of this role is the New Jersey Inclusion Project (NJIP), a grant-funded initiative in partnership with the New Jersey Department of Education. The Data and Evaluation Manager works collaboratively with ALL IN team members, school and district partners, researchers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely collection, analysis, and reporting of data related to organizational and grant-funded activities.

The Data and Evaluation Manager develops evaluation frameworks, prepares annual and grant reports, supports research initiatives, and translates complex data into meaningful information for diverse audiences. This position also leads and coordinates research activities associated with the National Inclusive Education Research Collaborative (NIERC) and contributes to grant proposal development by designing evaluation plans and impact measures. This position is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to ALL IN's office in Fairfield, New Jersey, as well as participation in conferences, meetings, and organizational events.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in research, program evaluation, data analysis, and report development required.

  • Experience designing and implementing both quantitative and qualitative evaluation methodologies preferred.

  • Strong skills in data interpretation, data visualization, and communicating findings to diverse audiences.

  • Experience managing multiple projects and collaborating across teams.

  • Knowledge of inclusive education, special education, and public-school systems preferred.

  • Experience with grant-funded initiatives and program evaluation strongly preferred.

Responsibilities: 

  • Build and implement comprehensive, multi-pronged evaluation frameworks

  • Aggregate, analyze, interpret, and synthesize data for various stakeholders through various reports, including annual organizational and grant reports

  • Assist with the development of feedback tools and evaluations for deliverables

  • Summarize and/or share data with All In Team & NJDOE

  • Assist with the development of grant and RFP proposals, specifically around evaluation

  • Facilitate the National Inclusive Education Research Collaborative (NIERC)  by coordinating regular meetings and direct various mixed-method research initiatives

  • Coordinate and share ALL IN evaluation data for research purposes

  • Organize and prepare evaluation information for team members to present at local & national conferences

  • Collaborate with team members on any additional evaluation needs that come up

  • Work with outside organizations to facilitate meaningful collaboration

Salary Range: Full-Time employment; $70,000-80,000 per year
